Cashmere identity and labeling
The material record defines cashmere identity, composition and market label. U.S. law and ISO 17751 provide legal and analytical criteria for cashmere, wool and specialty animal-fiber mixtures.
CORE MATERIAL
LuMiao develops and delivers pure and blended cashmere knitwear across cardigans, pullovers, vests, coats, sets and lighter tops. Fiber identity, yarn, structure, surface, garment dimensions and care are converted into one approved project result.
Composition evidence is only the start of custom cashmere development. Yarn construction, gauge, structure, density, target weight, hand feel, finishing, measurements, testing and approval boundaries must be confirmed together for the requested garment.
Supplier identity, authorization, availability, certification, origin, micron, color, timing and performance are confirmed per project from the applicable records and approved samples. Prepare the material inputs and separate the sample approval stages.

Cashmere percentage begins the yarn decision. Yarn count or system, ply, twist, blend, color route and batch determine the workable gauge direction, coverage, weight, surface and cost before sampling.
Compact jersey, rib, cable, colorwork, boucle effects and brushed surfaces create different requirements for stitch definition, density, edge stability and finishing. LuMiao defines the machine gauge, washing route and finishing settings for the selected direction.
A swatch establishes color, touch, coverage and surface direction. The complete garment confirms neckline and opening behavior, seam or linking quality, balance, measurements and the finish across edges and larger panels.
A comparable pilling grade includes a named method and conditions, such as the selected ISO 12945 route. Stated preparation, washing and drying conditions define dimensional change and support the final garment care instruction.
The project record covers cashmere percentage, micron or grade, origin, yarn supplier and batch, certification, recycled content, pilling grade, shrinkage percentage, colorfastness and care instruction.

LuMiao develops yarn construction, gauge, stitch density, weight, surface, dimensions and finishing together with the fiber identity for the requested garment.
The sample defines softness, visible halo, stitch definition, pilling requirement and edge clarity as connected quality targets for the intended result.
Approve the composition record, yarn and color reference, garment sample, measurement specification, surface and edge result, construction details, agreed tests when required, and the supported care instruction.
LuMiao aligns the test route, preparation, cycle, assessment and care conditions, then records the applicable method and acceptance requirement for the project.
