Information you choose to send
When you contact LuMiao by email, WeChat or WhatsApp, LuMiao receives the contact details and project information you choose to provide. This may include product links, specifications, images or technical files.
How the information is used
The information is used to understand the project, prepare quotations, discuss product development and respond to follow-up questions. LuMiao does not sell contact or project data.
Communication providers
Email and messaging providers may process communications outside your country. Do not send confidential designs through an ordinary message unless you are comfortable with that channel or have agreed a separate secure transfer method with LuMiao.
Retention and requests
Communication records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for project discussions, contractual records and legal obligations. To request access, correction or deletion, email outreach@lumiaoknit.com.
