Stock and small orders start from MOQ 5. Semi-custom projects usually start from MOQ 20, full custom from MOQ 50, and bulk production from MOQ 100. Final MOQ depends on yarn, gauge, color count, and technique.
If you need samples first, we charge a sample fee and courier fee before development and dispatch. Once a wholesale contract is confirmed, all earlier sample and courier fees are refunded or credited back to the order. For wholesale production, a 30% deposit starts production, and the remaining balance is paid before delivery.
With clear artwork, yarn direction, and size details, sample development can be as fast as 3 business days, with global sample delivery in about 7 business days. Bulk timing depends on approval speed, yarn availability, order size, and shipping route.
Yes. We support OEM/ODM development from yarn selection, gauge planning, stitch structure, jacquard, embroidery, labels, hangtags, and packaging. Send sketches, reference images, or tech packs, and our team will turn them into a workable production plan.
Yes. Our export partners support packing, documents, customs declaration, duty planning, and shipment tracking. Japan and Korea delivery plans can be arranged within about 10 days, while sea freight can be planned within about 30 days depending on route and schedule.
